Scheduled Jobs and Report History

Set it up once, let it run on a regular schedule

The "Scheduled Jobs" tab lists each job's name, which report and category it runs, its frequency (daily/weekly/monthly), last run and next run time, and status. The "Report History" tab shows a table — filterable by status and category — with date, report name, category, format, file size, row count, generation time, status, and a download link.

  • 90 days of historyEvery generated report stays in the history for 90 days and can be downloaded again.
  • Report TemplatesSaved templates sit in a separate tab, listed by name, report, category, format, and parameters.

Generate Report

An instant report in three fields

In the "Generate Report" drawer that opens from the right, you choose a report from the catalog, mark the format as PDF, Excel, or CSV, and optionally enter a report title. If you turn on "Save as template," the same combination is added to the Report Templates list.

PDF output comes with a branded cover page, a summary, charts, and tables; tables with more than 7 columns print in landscape layout. Excel output is generated with excelize, and CSV output is produced with protection against formula injection and a BOM.

How to use it

Four steps to a report

1

Pick the date range

Use the date picker at the top to set the period the report should cover.

2

Find the category and report

Open the relevant category in the Report Categories grid and pick the report you want, or go straight to "Generate Report."

3

Choose a format and generate

Pick PDF, Excel, or CSV and generate it instantly; save it as a "Scheduled Job" if it needs to repeat regularly.

4

Download from history

The generated report lands in Report History; download it again anytime within 90 days.

Good to know

Limits and context

Automatic email delivery of scheduled reports is still on the roadmap; recipient lists can already be defined and stored in the panel, but delivery doesn't happen today — generated reports are downloaded manually from Report History. The User-IP Mapping Record (5651 category) is only visible on accounts with export permission. Report history is kept for 90 days; past that window you'll need to regenerate the report.
